Marussia

synopsis

Lucia and her six-year-old daughter Marussia have been constantly on the move since they came from Moscow to Paris. From one homeless hostel to another, from one man to another, everyday is a new search for a place to spend the night, a place to call home. Despite the uncertainty and the disapproving glance form their compatriots, mother and daughter manage to share tender moments. Is it enough to carry on?
Marussia is a touching urban tale, seen at a child’s height, that sees and finds the wonders in the trivial but that also confronts the reality as it is.
